When you contact us to book a mobile IV drip we collect:
- Contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email)
- Location details (the home, hotel, or office address for your appointment)
- Basic health information you share so the drip can be assessed for suitability (e.g. relevant conditions, allergies, medications)
- Website usage data via analytics cookies (see section 5)
2. How We Use It
- To coordinate and confirm your booking
- To share the necessary details with the registered medical provider so a doctor can assess suitability and a nurse can prepare the correct drip
- To respond to your enquiries
- To improve our website and service
3. Sharing with Medical Providers
IV Drip Singapore is a booking service. To deliver your drip we share the minimum necessary information with the independent, Singapore-registered medical provider (doctor and nurse) attending your appointment. Any clinical record created during your appointment is held by that provider under Singapore healthcare and PDPA rules.
4. Data Retention
Booking and correspondence records are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then securely deleted. Clinical records held by the attending medical provider are retained under Singapore healthcare regulations.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and may record anonymised usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Your Rights (PDPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the personal data we hold by emailing info@ivdripsingapore.com. Clinical records held by the attending medical provider must be requested from that provider directly.
